Doggies...

So just wanted to show you new pics of the dogs...Sawyer has grown so much since we got him in February. We found out he is a pit bull and hound mix. Completely different from Maddie. He is very shy and takes him awhile to get to know people..unlike Maddie who we have to restrain when we have guest come over. He experienced his first outing to the dog park...since he follows Maddie everywhere he followed her right into the lake jumping off the dock and had no idea what to do next so we think he will not be a water dog like Maddie.

Gotta love the family!

Over memorial day weekend Mike, Suzie and I met up with the parential unit in San Diego for the Szoka wedding. We had such a fun time seeing all the families again. Here are some pics from that night(mostly in the bar area of the hotel...what can I say)

Grandpa Day

This is Grandpa Hank Day and he is my dad's stepdad. We was a great man and loved our family like it was his own. He passed at the end of March and he will be missed. He is now in a better place and not hurting any more. Love you Hank

A Little Update!

Hey everyone...sorry I have been a bad blogger but with working 40 hours a week and wedding planning its been a busy time. Everything is coming together for the big day. I bought my dress which I love. All the big details are done...dj, bartender, florist, caterer. We now just need to get Mike dressed and all the wedding party which should be pretty easy. We also got a new addition to the family....We adopted a mutt puppy from an adoption agency here in town. His name is Sawyer (from Lost!). He is such a cutie and Maddie loves him. Doesnt like to share all that much with him but she will learn. He is soo little compared to her it is so funny. Mike keeps saying what did he get himself into!

We are trying to arrange drop off and pick up for everyone that stays there on the day of the wedding so you don't have to drive to the Secret Garden. More on that one later. Also here is the correct number on reservations 602-305-5555 or 888-828-FORE. There are Studio. One bedroom and Two Bedrooms. Please tell them you are attending a wedding at the Secret Garden Event Center. Rooms are about $109 for Studio and $149 for One Bedroom. Christmas!

Here are some Christmas photos. You can see our little 6 foot tree that we got. This year was the first time I stayed in Arizona. Mom and Dad came out here too to celebrate my birthday and Christmas. We opened presents in the morning with just the 5 of us. Mike's mom came over for a little bit for breakfast. Then it was off to his brother and sister in laws house where Mike's dad and little brother Joe also celebrate and had a lovely prime rib dinner...dont mention that to Suzie she was not happy there was no ham! All in all it was a great day and I am glad everyone was together.
