After Portland, Mike and I made our way up to the Seattle area. My cousin Linzy was graduating from high school, so teh whole family came out for the festivities. On Saturday, the whole Brown/Yee clan ventured to downtown Seattle for some sightseeing. We first took the ferry from Bremerton to Seattle. It was such a gorgeous day out. We could see Mount Rainer crystal clear. The view of the city was remarkable too. After the ferry, we made our way to the Space Needle. I had never been to the top before and man it was amazing. The views were breathtaking. The family enjoyed a drink up there(its rare that we are together..so we fully take advantage). After the Space Needle, we went over to Pikes Place to take a look at the farmers market. We had a great lunch and beers at Pike Place Brewery. We got to see the fish guys...they threw a fish right by my sisters face! We also had to visit the first Starbucks...a major staple in Suzie and dad's life. That place was so busy! Anyways we all had such a fun day together and it will always be remembered!

For our first vacation this summer we headed up to the Northwest to visit Portland and the Seattle area. We were in Portland for 4 days. We went up there to see if we liked the area and to see if its a possible place to live. Both of us had never been there and we had so much fun. We spent 2 days looking at places that may be nice to live. One day we drove to the Oregon coast and hit up the Tillamook factory (amazing cheese and such yummy ice cream!). We also hit up all the breweries in the Portland area(good beer there!). Our favorite was Rogue which we went to our last day in Portland with my parents before we went back to Phoenix. Hopefully we will be there next year at this time....!

The day before we left for Portland, the Yee's celebrated Robert's birthday. We had a nice barbecue at our house with all the Yee boys, significant others and Andy. After dinner, we all headed over to Native New Yorker and watched some good karaoke!

The same night of Amber's shower was also Jamie's birthday. We all went over to the new club Phase 54 in Chandler. It was a huge club with a big dance floor! We had tons of fun and Jamie had a great birthday!
